Are you chairing a session at eLearning 2.0 2013? You can download a short guide for session chairs.
Getting to the conference
elearning 2.0 2013 is being held in Brunel Business School, Brunel University on the 3rd Floor, Eastern Gateway Building, room 324 and the adjacent open area.
For delegates who require a car parking space, please enter the campus at the Kingston Lane entrance and at the roundabout take a right and drive over the zebra crossing and drive around the island to park in a temporary bay by the Eastern Gateway Building.
Visit the Reception Desk and let the Reception staff know that you require a visitors car park permit for the eLearning conference.
There are car parking options in bays with red dots in either the St John’s or Sports Centre car parks located in Zone E which is a brief walk from Eastern Gateway Building.
The Eastern Gateway building is also located in Zone E on the campus map.

Keynote Speaker - Prof Steve Warburton
Our #elearning2 Keynote Speaker this year is Professor Steven
Warburton.
Steve is the Head of Department of Technology Enhanced Learning at the University of Surrey and an Associate Research Fellow at King’s Learning Institute, King’s College London. He is also a Fellow at the Centre for Distance Education at the University of London International Programmes where he leads work within the research strategy group and chairs the annual Research and Innovation in Distance and Elearning Conference. He has worked on a range of national and European projects that have included: the development a methodology for abstracting design patterns through shared expert practice; explorations of teaching practice in virtual worlds; developing pattern languages in the domains of digital identity and social media tools. More recently he has been working on digital competences and digital fluency, mobile learning, digital publishing models, open educational resources and educational analytics.

eLearning 2.0 appoints Programme Chair
We are delighted to announce that Jennifer Killham has been appointed Programme Chair for elearning2.0 2013. Jennifer is a doctoral student at the University of Cincinnati. Jennifer is no stranger to #eLearning2.0 having given a very interesting presentation herself entitled "Beyond Clogs and Cheese: building cultural competency one couch at a time" in 2011. Jennifer will be helping with promoting the conference internationally.
